This is Alicia’s exam piece for her A level Fine Art, which she took this summer, and for which she received an A grade. The enormous mixed media work was based on the theme of ‘Truth, fantasy, fiction’, and explored the deeper truths within family relationships. Alicia Wong Photography GCSE

Alicia made a rich variety of interesting and individual imagery for her Still Life project. Below are a selection of scanography images that she made by directly placing objects onto the school scanner and then manipulating them in photoshop. She also made a lovely collection of images using text, form, light and structure as she explored the conventions and traditions of the photographic still life.

Alongside her superb Coursework projects, Alicia also produced a range of individual and highly proficient imagery for her ‘Word of the Week’ project. Some of this work was then used as a starting point for themes explored in other projects.
