This is Alicia’s exam piece for her A level Fine Art, which she took this summer, and for which she received an A grade. The enormous mixed media work was based on the theme of ‘Truth, fantasy, fiction’, and explored the deeper truths within family relationships. Alicia is now preparing to read Architecture at Brookes.

Inters Art
These lovely, quick, 20 minute line drawings by the Inters were a small part of their line and colour project based on early Patrick Heron ‘figures in interiors’ paintings (such as ‘Christmas Eve in St Ives’ 1951). Next week we will post some of the larger and more complete colour works they have done. The artists are Peony Ye, Lauren Smith, Mai Thomas, Gracie Wilkinson, Isabelle and Amelie White and Martha Elliston.
