Milli Rowland Photography GCSE

Milli explored light, line, pattern and structure in much of her 'Landscape & Architecture' GCSE Coursework project while looking at both old and contemporary buildings. She also made some interesting 360 degrees layered studies, inspired by Corinne Vionnet, of urban life in Oxford.

Tara Minoli Taylor Photography Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award

Tara has produced a mature and attractive portfolio of imagery for her Bronze Skills section of her D of E award. She responded to a variety of themes over the course, including Dark & Light, Contrast & Shape, Architecture & Space, City Life and Symmetry. Some of this work will also be starting point work for her GCSE Coursework projects.

Fei Wu Fine Art GCSE

For her GCSE exam this summer, Fei explored the surfaces and forms of Chinese and Japanese ceramics collected by her mother. The theme she was interpreting was 'Past, Present and Future', and into this work she incorporated symbols that reflected elements of her own life.

Alicia Wong A2 Fine Art

This is Alicia’s exam piece for her A level Fine Art, which she took this summer, and for which she received an A grade. The enormous mixed media work was based on the theme of ‘Truth, fantasy, fiction’, and explored the deeper truths within family relationships. Alicia is now preparing to read Architecture at Brookes.
